Folsom (not the prison)

We had our shake down trip last weekend with our new teardrop trailer; we spent one night at Folsom Lake. Everything worked perfectly. We cooked a great dinner the night we got there and a fantastic breakfast the next day. Best of all was the refrigerator. No having to buy ice or food falling into the water. Even better, the beer was super duper cold!

  1. I love the teardrop trailer. Funnily enough I was looking at one of those the other day and wishing I could afford to get one. Are they as nice, easy to tow and generally cosy as they appear?

I would love to get one of those and go on a big tour around America.

    1. We looked at all the brands we could find and settled on the Tag built by Little Guy teardrops. There are cheaper ones and DIT kits. Yes to all the above and the only weigh a little over a 1,000 lbs. We love it! Queen bed inside with AC, LED lights, stereo, tv, cd, dvd and fan. Outside a full galley with a sink, stove and refrigerator. So light you can push it wherever you need it to go. We disconnect it and hand push it into the garage.
